An electric toothbrush and an oral irrigator are combined into one countertop unit in the Braun Oral-B OxyJet 3D Center ($139.99). The toothbrush has high-speed pulsations to loosen plaque and ultra-speed oscillations to sweep the plaque away. A two speed option allows for lower speed when cleaning sensitive areas. The oral irrigator mixes air into water in the form of microbubbles that attack plaque bacteria. The irrigator also removes food particles from between your teeth and massages your gums.

According to Braun, if the electric toothbrush and oral irrigator are used together on a regular basis they will significantly reduce the bleeding and bacteria associated with gingivitis.
